Return and Refund Policy

Amez Express – Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Amez Express, operated by Amez Global Express (Private) Limited. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to all products purchased from us.

1. Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined in the conditions below. These definitions apply whether in singular or plural form.

2. Definitions

  • You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service.
  • Company: Refers to Amez Global Express (Private) Limited.
  • Service: Refers to the Website.
  • Website: Refers to Amez Express, accessible from www.amezexpress.com.
  • Goods: The items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders: Requests by You to purchase Goods from the Company.

3. Your Order Cancellation Rights

If the product received is not as described, you may open a dispute for your Order within 7 days of receiving the Goods. To do this, inform us clearly by going to "My Orders" and opening a dispute.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day we receive the returned Goods, using the same payment method used for the Order. You will not incur any fees for reimbursement.

4. Conditions for Returns

Goods must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • The Goods were received in the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.
  • Goods that cannot be returned:
    1. a. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
    2. b. Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
    3. c. Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
    4. d. Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

5. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods. Send the Goods to the address provided on your received parcel. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping. Refunds require actual receipt of the Goods or proof of delivery.

6. Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
